This portal is the official website of the Research, Innovation, and Commercialization (RIC) organization. Employees of member institutes, universities, and other organizations are granted access to all platform functions and resources.
The project is aimed at enhancing the scientific potential of researchers. Users’ age and academic level are not restricted. The portal serves as an assistant that helps users write scientific articles, find suitable journals, and support the publication process. All information on the portal is updated automatically, as the portal is integrated with six foreign websites. In addition, users can view their personal articles through their personal accounts. Currently, for security purposes, the portal is protected by the HEMIS system.
Scientific researchers often face difficulties in writing high-quality articles that meet international journal standards. Selecting appropriate journals, understanding submission requirements, and avoiding predatory journals require significant time and experience. In addition, information about journals and indexing databases is scattered across multiple platforms and is frequently outdated, which complicates the research and publication process.
The RIC portal provides an integrated digital solution that supports researchers at every stage of the publication process. By combining AI-based article assistance, an automatically updated journal database, and integration with six international platforms, the system helps users identify suitable journals, prepare manuscripts, and track their publications. Secure access through the HEMIS system ensures data protection and personalized user accounts.
